Partners

Pre-waste consortium is composed by 10 partners, drawn from 9 EU member states, representing a broad spectrum of authorities and key stakeholders dealing with waste prevention and management. This provides an ideal context for exchanging experiences and good practices on waste prevention and build up a web tool for the monitoring and assessment of waste prevention actions and policies.

Marche Region (IT)

Marche Region (IT)

Marche Region is located in the Eastern part of Italy. As leader partner of the Pre-waste project, it has an active role in the development of all the activities of Pre-waste project, as coordinator of each step of the project and as expert technical partner.

Marche Region – is supported in the project management and partners’ coordination by SVIM, its Regional Development Agency, acting as Pre-waste technical secretariat. Assigned to assisting the partners in the performance of their activities and duties, SVIM has been specifically mandated to carry out the monitoring and evaluation of project implementation, and has also been required to carry out other functions entrusted to administrative and financial activities

ACR+

The Association of Cities and Regions for Recycling and sustainable Resource management (ACR+) is an international network aiming at promoting sustainable consumption of resources and management of waste through prevention at source, reuse and recycling. It is in particular in charge of coordinating the component 2 of the Pre-waste project on communication.

ORDIF is a non-profit organisation bringing together Ile-de-France public and private waste management stakeholders. It is in particular in charge of coordinating the component 4 of the Pre-waste project, related to building up shared indicators and a web tool for monitoring waste prevention policies effectiveness.

It is in particular in charge of the component 3 of the Pre-waste project, related to good practices and prevention plans.
